1. Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 60 days from the date you receive your order.
Requests submitted after 60 days will not be accepted.
Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

- Broken Seals:Ā Any product with a broken factory seal or shrink-wrap is considered "used" and is ineligible for return.
- Personal Preference:Ā Due to hygiene standards, returns based on personal dislike, "change of mind," or "expectations not met" after opening areĀ not accepted.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Please do not send returns to the address on the package without prior authorization.
